Plats recherchés, créatifs, locaux, qui nous transportent ailleurs malgré tout! Je serais reparti avec une chaudière de la sublime sauce qui accompagnait la pièce de bison & une autre de purée de topinambours à l'ail noir.


Service impeccable!

La seule petite chose à renoter serait la sélection musicale. De l'instrumental folk, jazz voir lounge ferait très bien l'affaire!

99 luftballons entre deux gorgées de Pétales d'Osoyoos, on dirait que ça s'agençait moyen.

Mais somme toute, meilleur souper depuis longtemps!

Bel accueil & service... un peu surfait surtout quand on met de la bouffe tiède dans des assiettes chaudes en croyant que cela va réchauffer le plat... plutôt ordinaire!

Même chose au dessert, crème brûlée parfaitement brûlée & la crème tiède mais avec un confit de fruits réfrigéré dans le fond...OUACH!!!

Belle carte des vins, prix abordables. Pas de réaction de la cuisine à notre commentaire de manger de la bouffe tiède tirant sur le froid... pas très gracieux & imputable. Dernière visite car il y a bien d'autres bons restaurants à Québec & mon argent est quand même bonne partout!

Nous étions 2 tables de 8 & nous avons été servi en moins de 2 heures. La nourriture était excellente & les goûts raffinés & inattendus. Excellent service, ambiance chaleureuse. Un Must à Québec.
