Serveuse pas trop attentionnée, on commande une bouteille de vin blanc, elle remplit nos verres presque jusqu'au bord & laisse la bouteille sur la table, comme ça, sans sceau à glace. Le vin devient tiède, elle revient plus tard pour vider le reste du vin dans nos verres & repart avec la bouteille. Très ordinaire... & j'en passe. Les repas nous sont arrivés, tout au plus, tièdes & réchauffés. L'omble chevalier était bien trop cuit & la bavette aussi. Cinq cents dollars plus tard... J'aimais beaucoup ce restaurant avant, & j'y allais presque chaque fois que j'étais à Québec, mais là, je ne crois plus y retourner. Dommage.

The food & service were superb, the atmosphere was rated a bit lower as we were sitting at the bar & the front door was open to the sidewalk & cold air was blowing through the bar.

Cuisine délicieuse & recherchée, nous avons très bien mangé. En revanche, prix un peu élevés & salle très bruyante qui rend moins agréable de profiter des plats.
