Very good food for the price. The only issue was that some part of the arctic char tasted very strong & bitter, probably because of residual membrane. Apart from this, we ordered many items & everything was delicious. We particularly liked the mushroom appetizer & foie gras terrine. Our server was very friendly & attentive, despite being super busy, & dishes came out fast. However, the restaurant in general seemed pretty stubborn in insisting appetizers before entrée. Our party of 3 ordered one appetizer, two entrées & a few sides, as my mom didn't want to eat too much. I mentioned that we wanted the appetizer as an entrée when ordering. It came out first, my mom took a few bites, & wanted to wait for the entrées to eat with us. A different server noticed that we were not eating, asked if everything was okay, & we said we wanted the other entrées. Still, nothing came for another 15-20 minutes. I started to wonder if there was a misunderstanding, & asked my mom to try finishing the appetizer. Then the server immediately took the plate & there came the other stuff, lol. Not a big deal, but it was just a bit awkward. Hope there will be more understanding & attention to customers who don't want to follow the norm in the future.

The service is noticeably high end & attentive. The food was good. Some plates better than others. The mushroom dish was very creative & special. The arctic char carpaccio was overbearing & cut too thick, which affected the flavour balance. The bread we received was stale & cold. I fortunate for a place of this caliber.
