Bon repas lors du brunch, cependant le serveur cette journée là avec un peu la tête dans les nuages. Il a fallu lui rappeler trois fois pour qu'il amène les toasts & il a fallu attendre 25 minutes pour les recevoir (les plats étaient déjà froid depuis 10 minutes). Il n'y a aucune défense possible, car ce dernier, après quelques minutes qu'on lui ait demandé, il partait attendre à la réception ou contemplait ses tables. De plus, à la stature de Jean-Luc Boulay & Arnaud Marchand, il faudrait ces derniers qu'ils actualise leur menu du brunch, car il n'y a plus de mignardise à la fin (chose que la carte l'indique quand même). Bon repas, nourriture excellente mais service moyen (bof).

Nous avons trouvé que l'accueil & le service étaient excellents. Par contre, l'assiette de boudin est trop copieuse. Trop une grosse portion de boudin. Je l'aurais servi avec une petite salade ou quelques légumes. Pour ce qui est de l'entrée de loup marin, nous avons trouvé que c'était trop fort en bouche ainsi qu'une présentation simpliste. J'ai été très déçu, car j'attendais cette sortie avec impatience & j'ai voulu sortir de l'ordinaire en choisissant des plats peu commun. Comme j'ai dit plus haut, le service a été exemplaire.
Nous avons eu droit à deux petits digestifs gratuitement puisque notre serveur a bien vu que nous n'étions pas très satisfait.
La soupe à l'oignon = super bon goût & belle portion.

Nous avions une réservation pour 18h & sommes arrivés vers 17h pour prendre l'apéro. Peu avant 18h, le serveur nous a pressé pour prendre notre commande afin de libérer la table pour le prochain service..... Pour le reste, nous sommes très satisfaits de l'ensemble comme nos visites précédentes.
