Presque parfait, toutefois, j'ai dû demander à un autre serveur pour avoir mon verre de vin qui ne venait pas malgré la réception de mon assiette principale... c'est bien de boire son vin en mangeant!!! Nourriture excellente, comme d'habitude

Jeudi le 11, souper. Choix très limité & peu de raffinement. Pétoncles pas très bon & à la limite pas assez cuite. Boudin noir délicieux. Profiteroles congelées & vin blanc trop froid.
On vous aime mais il est temps de se remettre en question.

Well done all around. This was our second time dining at your restaurant. In September we dined as a group of eight. Our recent visit was four of us. Each of those 12 meals, from appetizers to desserts, was well conceived & executed. The bison my wife & I had on our recent visit was as tender & tasty as any meat dish we can remember.

What really makes a dining experience is the service. We were warmly greeted on arrive. Both waiters we had on our visits were professionally attentive, knowledgeable about food & wine menus & pleasant, relatable human beings. An A+ dining experiences. We will return next time we visit the city.
