The scallops were too salty, the food was not hot enough verging on cold, we weren't offered tea or coffee with our dessert. Overall, disappointed, doubtful we'll return or recommend.

Bonjour,
La plupart des points sont positifs à la suite de notre visite d'hier & nous avons vécu une expérience très agréable dans l'ensemble. Cinq bémols cependant :
- Foie gras poêlé : il aurait dû faire l'attention d'un déveinage plus consciencieux (on se battait parfois avec le couteau pour trancher certains morceaux)
- Le plat de doré était bien mais manquait un peu de raffinement (saveur & dressage) comparativement aux autres plats présentés
- Nous avions besoin de conseils pour la sélection du (ou des vins). Il aurait été apprécié de pouvoir bénéficier des conseils du sommelier (peut-être n'était-il pas en poste hier).
- Le choix musical. Sincèrement, je crois que c'est le bémol qui m'a le plus agacée. La musique du jour est bienvenue évidemment, mais il n'y avait pas d'unité dans ce qui était diffusé &, par moments, en fermant les yeux, je me serais cru entendre la musique très ordinaire qu'on diffuse dans des bannières de restaurants de type ''familial''. Bref, il manquait définitivement d'un minimum de recherche sur ce plan.
- Service : ok, mais sans plus, vraiment.

Tout le reste était très bien. Ces remarques se veulent constructives & j'espère que cela pourra vous aider. Je n'hésiterai pas à recommander votre établissement car certains plats sont parfaitement exécutés (soupe à l'oignon, pain brioché, joue de boeuf, macreuse, ravioletti, terrine de loup-marin. Bonne fin de journée.
