Tout était excellent. Cependant lorsqu`on demande précisément un MARTINI, une jeune femme nous apporte 2 verres en précisant: voici le moitié moitié & voici le rouge & elle quitte rapidement. Juste à regarder ce n`était pas un MARTINI. Pourquoi ne pas nous dire ne pas avoir de Martini mais nous proposer autre chose que l`on aurait accepté. C`est nous prendre pour des imbéciles... sur la facture c'était un vermouth de cidre Rouge Gorge. Elle a sûrement "sauté" quelques cours.....

Mon contre-filet de boeuf était très dur, beaucoup de tendons; mais le serveur s'en ait aperçu & m'a gentiment proposé de le remplacer par un autre plat.

Food has a unique twist with spice from tundra & the like all Québec stuff. There is 2 dining room, first one is directly when you get in good ambiance but can be noisy. The second room is behind the kitchen almost the hotel lobby very very much calmer. Very nice place would recommend.

Excellent, restaurant de grande classe. Nous avons pris le dorée & l'entrée de ravioletti aux chanterelles. Service & nourriture parfaite. Les prix sont raisonnable pour la qualité.
