5 dishes only but they saved my appetizer for the whole 5 days trip in Québec. I could not digest anything, perhaps the icy cold made my appetizer numb.
🦐The rolls for starting are the must, I could not resist.
🥖Bánh mì, I could finish 2 (the crispy crunch from the bread 🤌🏻 with the savory meat)
🍲 Pho is a bit salty soup for me, however, it was a kick to warm up my body.
☕? Vietnamese coffee, I finished 2 as well, so so satisfied.
*P/s: The owner is very cute, her hospitality welcomed me to this city.

J'en suis à ma troisième visite Chez Yên, & c'est toujours un bonheur. Délicieuse pho, le bouillon est exceptionnel. Le bol de vermicelle avec tofu était également délicieux. Les portions sont généreuses, pour un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le menu est court, mais tout est maîtrisé.

On a pris la Pho au boeuf & le banh-mi. C'était très bon & servit rapidement. Petit resto simple, abordable & cuisine bien exécutée.
