Je ne suis restée que quelques jours à Québec & je suis repassée deux fois dans ce resto… excellent plats, carte pas très longue mais ce qui souvent est une preuve de la qualité des plats. C'est le cas ici :, les vermicelles (++++ au boeuf) & la soupe pho sont excellents & parfait au milieu du froid de l'automne ou de l'hiver.
C'est clairement une entreprise familiale, ça se sent dans l'ambiance & le service, c'est très agréable & on s'y sent bien, prêt à manger sans pression. On a droit à un petit thé au jasmin au début du repas (miam) & a un service efficace & très souriant !
C'est un vrai coup de coeur pour ma part.
J'espère que ce restaurant va continuer à prospérer ! En tout cas, ce serait mérité.
(En plus ouvert toute la journée donc parfait pour manger à 16h sur le tard)

Met the nice family running this restaurant. 2 kids were running around helping the parents: carrying the food, prepping, etc.. It's late at night so I didn't have chance to chat with them.

Un coup de coeur pour notre famille de 5! Nous avons adoré tous les plats: nems, phó, rouleaux de printemps, banh mi & assiette de nems avec vermicelles, boeuf & légumes. Tout était un vrai délice! Le service était génial: il n'y avait techniquement plus de places & le propriétaire nous a sorti une table pour nous installées à l'extérieur. Arrivez tôt si vous voulez avoir de la place car c'est souvent complet & on comprend pourquoi. Nous y reviendrons assurément!
Six of us came here to grab a bowl of pho. Since we are from Boston, our standard for this special Vietnamese soup is quite high. We ordered the beef soup, fried spring rolls, & fresh spring rolls. Everything, from the soup to the dipping sauces for the rolls were excellent! The two young ladies who were our servers were very sweet. We arrived shortly after they had just opened, & we had asked to be seated outside even though the tables & chairs had not been set up yet. It was a beautiful morning & to sit outside & enjoy a warm delicious bowl of pho was just the perfect way to end our weekend trip before heading home. I will be returning in the fall!
