On a passé une superbe soirée
Ca fait loooongtemps que je cherche un bon bo bun poulet, & bien c'était le meilleur que j'ai mangé de toute ma vie.
C'est raffiné, épicé, travaillé.
Tout y est, carte courte, fait maison, pas de chichi, c'est un voyage dans l'assiete.
Un petit thé vert vous est servi avec le repas.
Honnêtement, le meilleur restaurant vietnamien que je connais.

J'en suis à ma troisième visite Chez Yên, & c'est toujours un bonheur. Délicieuse pho, le bouillon est exceptionnel. Le bol de vermicelle avec tofu était également délicieux. Les portions sont généreuses, pour un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le menu est court, mais tout est maîtrisé.

I can't believe what a heaven this restaurant is. Fair prices, great background music (light jazz piano), free tea upon arrival, & THE FOOD. Incroyable. Will return every time I'm in Quebec.
