Avis très négatif pour le service à la clientèle, pas pour les produits...

On me demande gentiment de choisir mes parfums à l'intérieur, puis de ressortir pour commander. J'avais 5 commandes à mémoriser, je l'avais précisé à la serveuse. Un couple venait de commander à l'intérieur... Je n' ai pas compris le but de la manoeuvre, sinon de m'embêter... En tous cas, ce n'était pas pratique de commander à l'extérieur, dans mon cas. Mais je joue le jeu.

Arrivé dehors, je règle mes 5 commandes. Je n' ai pas le temps de ranger mes factures, ni de chercher un billet pour laisser un pourboire, qu' on me demande de me déplacer plus loin pour laisser passer le client suivant.

Je ne me suis pas senti respecté en tant que client, mais plutôt traité en tant que vache à lait (sans jeu de mots), pour l'argent qu'on donne, sans merci ni au revoir... Je n' ai donc pas laissé de pourboire...

Pas sérieux, ne donne pas envie de revenir ici, mais plutôt de retourner chez Cows, un peu plus loin, qui fait un tabac dans les Maritimes...

Grand cornet vanille, la chose qui était grand c'est le prix, je lui ai demandé si il était sérieux quand il m'a donné le cornet. Pour le prix payé c'est frustrant !

Grosseur d'un format bébé à 8$… les prix sont ridiculement exagérés… de plus, notre entrée dans le commerce semblait aussi déranger le personnel … le produit est bon somme toute, mais le prix … désolant

Very nice! I chose chocolate ice cream with milk chocolate layer which is very thick! Enjoyed it as it is rich. Quite a few options to select! However can be sweet for some tastebuds
