À chaque fois que j'y suis allée, j'ai eu l'impression que je derangeais. J'y suis allée la fin de semaine dernière pour la dernière fois. La commis à l'accueil zéro souriante avec l'air de dire'te décides, c'est long'!

Premièrement, l'emplacement & la bâtisse sont magnifiques ! Place extérieure pour manger, sinon plusieurs places disponibles à l'intérieur pour savourer votre crème glacée. Malgré l'achalandage à notre visite, les employés étaient tous souriants & nous avons eu un service incroyable & rapide !

Chocolats toujours aussi bon d'un endroit à l'autre. Mais l'emplacement de charlebourg laisse à désirer. Tables croches, peinture des murs défraîchis. Pas de papier à mains dans les salles de toilettes. Tables sales, & chaises toutes déplacées même si nous n'étions que 2 dans le resto. & employées qui n'avaient pas de travaille à faire? Marches pas déneiger avec 6 pouces de neige fraiche.. mais service souriant tout de même.
