De la crème glacé, ça demeure de la crème glacé. Leur enrobage est mon goût très ordinaire. On dirait un chocolat à la cire. Mais sans enrobage jaime bien.

La crème glacée était délicieuse comme toujours par contre la jeune fille qui le faisait l'a échappé dans le trempage ce qui ne me cause aucun problème, je me demande comment j'y arriverais. Toutefois, elle se léchait les doigts avant de continuer ou elle les passait simplement sous l'eau. Vraiment pas très hygiénique & appétissant...

I got the vanilla soft serve with cookies & cream & it was OVERWHELMINGLY SWEET to the point where it's hard to enjoy. I think this is a great twist for soft serve ice cream & the textures were amazing but please calm down with the sugar.

Cliente de longue date, je constate que Chocolats Favoris a décidé de prendre ses clients pour des portefeuilles sur pattes.
La nouvelle gamme (mini, régulier, moyen, grand) est une belle couverture pour gonfler les prix tout en réduisant les portions. C'est devenu la roulette russe au comptoir : selon l'employé, vous payez le prix fort pour un grand & vous héritez d'un régulier.

Le summum ? 24$ pour deux glaces'moyennes' (qui sont en réalité les anciens petits formats). À ce tarif, on s'attend à l'excellence. Au lieu de ça, on vous tend un bol à moitié vide avec un enrobage fait à la va-vite qui ne couvre même pas toute la glace. C'est le monde à l'envers : il faut maintenant exiger de l'employé qu'il fasse son travail & qu'il recouvre la glace au complet !

& parlons de l'arnaque cachée : l'enrobage noir 74% a été secrètement aminci. Zéro transparence, le client n'est prévenu nulle part. C'est un employé honnête qui m'a vendu la mèche : pour avoir l'épaisseur normale, il faut désormais réclamer un double trempage. Si vous ne le savez pas, vous vous faites tout bonnement avoir.

Travail bâclé, employés mal formés, tarifs exorbitants &'réduflation' sournoise. Je vous laisse admirer ce qu'est un format'moyen' à 12$ sur la photo ci-jointe.

La crème glace est bonne mais depuis un an ils ne couvrent même pas la crème glacée en chocolat complètement, à 11$ par cornet (après tax & pourboire) ça ne vaut pas le peine.
