Un menu à l'aveugle surprenant & délicieux. Coup de coeur pour la tartelette champignons & topinambours avec l'accord de vin orange. Service impeccable, sans prétention & attentionné. Accord mets & vins très bien choisi. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la description des plats par le chef Émile, qui démontre un grand respect pour ses fournisseurs. Une expérience gastronomique en soi. Merci à toute l'équipe, nous reviendrons certainement!

Une aventure gastronomique! Tout était délicieux. Nous avons pris l'accord mets/vins & les vins complétaient à merveille les plats présentés. L'expérience vaut largement le prix! Nous avons beaucoup aimé qu'il n'y ait pas de menu, cela nous a permis de faire de belles découvertes.

Arrêt restaurant incontournable si vous passez dans la région (voir même au Qubec!). Accueil chaleureux, personnel connaissant & passionné. Formule sans tracas & menu découverte 7 services avec accord mets & vins possible. Aliments locaux & savoureux. Plats créatifs, riches & remplis de fraîcheur. Réservation assurée si l'occasion se représente.
