Des produits excellents provenant du terroir.
L'équipe est vraiment très agréable.
Cependant certains plats reposaient plus sur la qualité des produits que sur un travail recherché en cuisine (tomates & stracciatella; ou bouillon de poulet)
A l'inverse d'autres plats étaient extrêmement réussis (les betteraves confites; un delice).
Je suis donc mitigé. & donc pour un menu unique avec une équipe réduite (moins de personnel en cuisine que dans un restaurant'classique'); je m'attendais à bénéficier d'un prix en conséquence.
J'ai donc été un peu surpris du tarif final en considérant l'ensemble.

Cela reste une très belle expérience.

The best meal & service we had all trip - this one was a stunner! You won't found these flavor combinations anywhere else - dishes were very unique & assembled with great care. English translations were provided & extensive - we didn't miss out on any part of the experience. Do allow for a full 3 hours so you can linger & enjoy.

When you're done, pop in the adjoining cheese shop & enjoy some more wine tasting!

We had a great experience at Faux Bergers! The Chef created unique & delicious courses using local products. The specialty cocktail at the beginning of the evening was unique & inventive. We preferred the red wine pairings to the last 3 courses. All in all, it was a lovely experience with excellent service.

Très belle place
Le concept de tous manger en même temps est plaisant, mais fait en sorte qu'on mange froid.
J'aurais aimé manger plus de saison qu'uniquement manger des aliments conservés. Par exemple, un plat avec le maïs comme star me semble étrange en décembre...
Certains accords met/vin étaient bien exécutés, mais j'aurais préféré commander mon propre vin finalement.
Les employés étaient charmants & l'ambiance était très agréable.
Je crois que j'y aurais plus de plaisir en été là où les produits seront de saison.
