Réconciliant une cuisine gastronomique provenant des aliments du terroir ainsi qu'une recherche culinaire inspirée, ce restaurant nous a épaté à tous les niveaux. Je recommande l'accord mets & vins afin (ajout de 45$ par personne ou 65$ selon la quantité désirée) que l'expérience soit encore plus agréable. Une formule 6 services à l'aveugle, comprenant des poissons, viandes & fruits de mer, sont présentées avec des huiles, sauces & produits maraîchers frais & recherchés de la région ou bien du Québec. Une des meilleures tables que j'ai eu la chance de m'asseoir depuis des années ! À essayer absolument si vous visitez Charlevoix.

Sublime expérience en créativité culinaire, saveurs locales & accueil chaleureux. Nous y retournerons pour y faire de nouvelles découvertes provenant du terroir de Charlevoix. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet endroit.

Soirée & repas mémorables. Des plats pleins de savoir-faire & d'imagination. Des produits sains & frais laissant beaucoup de place aux producteurs de Charlevoix. Des accords mets-vins impeccables. C'était déjà notre cinquième visite aux Faux Bergers & certainement la plus réussie. Merci aux chefs & à la sommelière. Nous allons y retourner.

A most wonderful dining experience. The hosts were gracious; the food was outstanding & the ambiance was sublime. I'd heartily recommend this to anyone travelling in the Charlevoix region of Quebec.
