Expérience extraordinaire, magnifique restaurant situé dans les pâturages, service exemplaire. Le chef prend le temps de nous expliquer chacun des plats & des vins, la provenance des aliments, les producteurs maraîchers qui se cachent derrière les services tous plus délectables les uns que les autres. Nous sommes ravis de notre belle soirée & recommandons ce restaurant à tous ceux qui ont envie de vive une expérience unique.

This, to me, is the best dining experience. The dishes are creative yet comforting. The ingredients are fresh, locally sourced & organic. The setting is beautiful & inviting. I love that the chef describes each dish, as well as explains where each ingredient is from. It's nice to know how they came to create this experience & the stories of each of the producers involved. Their team is amazing & really makes you feel welcomed. The price/quality is amazing. It makes it accessible for many which is great because it will inspire that many more people to buy their food in a more conscious way.

Chef Emile & team turn simple local foods to a work of art. Can't recommend highly enough. The cod sashimi with cabbage, egg with shiitake mushrooms & crispy salami were stand outs, but the kelp ice cream blew us away. Everything thing we ate we thoroughly enjoyed. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.
