Writing on behalf of a family member's recent visit. An exceptional dining experience! The original presentation of delicious & well prepared foods served (sourced from the area), wines perfectly paired with each course, atmosphere, & personalized attention given to non-French speaking guests, my family member highly recommends Faux Berges. A must upscale (again) experience when visiting the Charlevoix Region.

We made reservations for lunch, thinking we would simply be ordering something off the menu. It was absolutely delightful to realize that we had signed up for a five course experience of dishes made with local foods, each paired with a beverage, & all fabulous. Adding to the experience was the explanation that the small team provided about each pairing. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Charlevoix region.

Nous avons adoré notre expérience, tout était parfait ..un moment mémorable...nous le conseillerons sans problème ..merci beaucoup pour ces plats savoureux & fabuleux avec ces explications qui nous font encore plus comprendre, apprécier & réaliser les qualités de nos produits régionaux ...vous êtes de grands ambassadeurs de la région, vous pouvez être fier de votre réalisation. I had such a special experience at Faux Bergers. The staff was warm & inviting & took special care of this solo traveller. The food was exceptional with every component deliciously executed. Would love to return every season to experience their magic with the available regional produce. Bizou!!!

Truly the highlight of our week in Charlevoix. A beautiful room in a lovely location, only surpassed by the amazing food & wonderful team of chefs & servers. Never has there been such joy brought to a meal. A must stop for any trip to the region

Disappointing to expectations!
The welcoming was not personal at all. The three service staff seemed overwhelmed including Felix with the wine service. We truly appreciate the focus on local ingredients & hope the team continues to raise the Charlevoix region's offerings. There is more to cuisine than marketing theatrics. Value must be represented the wines, chef"s tastes, techniques, portions & ingredients chosen. Continue to try to execute. Maybe offer the exact fromage migneron that is made at the door without an overcharge.

C'était une expérience culinaire tout à fait extraordinaire. Au début de chaque plat, le chef nous explique ce que nous allons déguster ainsi que sa composition dont la majorité des produits proviennent en partie de la région de Charlevoix. & que dire de l'accord vin, un choix raffiné & excellent. Je recommande fortement cette expérience épicurienne qui est un délice autant pour les yeux que pour l'estomac
