Très belle découverte culinaire. Talent, passion, soucis du détail transparaissent dans chacun des plats & des vins.
Service impeccable, restaurant convivial; on s'y sent comme à la maison.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la description des plats&vins par le chef & le sommelier. La bonne humeur règne lorsqu'ils passent aux tables pour nous parler.. Un incontournable dans cette belle région Coup de coeur.

A magical & inspiring dining experience! Our first time visiting the Charlevoix & this was the perfect way to be introduced to all the bounty of the region. Despite being the only non francophone guests we here made to feel most welcome! Merci & a bientot.

Service excellent, une équipe passionnée, le chef nous vend de la poésie. Plats d'une grande qualité avec une belle mise en avant des producteurs de la région. Les vins sont tout autant sublimes pour accompagner le tout. Même le cocktail maison était divin.

Troisième fois chez Faux Bergers, toujours aussi exceptionnel! La nourriture est extraordinaire, nous sentons qu'on goûte ce que la région a de mieux à offrir. Le service est impeccable, les propriétaires sont merveilleusement accueillants. Bref, nous y serons encore une 4e fois l'année prochaine pour l'action de grâce, & nous espérons pouvoir y aller encore bien des années.
