Réouverture réussie pour l'équipe du Faux Bergers qui étaient très émues de revoir des clients dans leur salle à manger. Toutes les mesures sanitaires ont été respectées. Encore une fois, une expérience unique. Tous les plats mettent en valeur les produits du terroir locaux & régionaux. Les plats sont remplis de saveur & de fraîcheur.

Such a unique & incredible experience! You really feel that you are eating at a farm to table haute cuisine experience. I would highly recommend anyone to go here, this was our second time. We go specially to baie at Paul to go to this restaurant!!

Quelle expérience 5 étoiles avec Sylvain & Raphael en cuisine & Andréanne en salle ! Soirée unique avec tous les convives servis en même temps. Explications explicites des 7 services fait par Sylvain. Les saveurs & la qualité sont là ! Nouveau coup de coeur dans Charlevoix :) Bravo & longue vie au Faux Bergers !

Superbe expérience! Tant le service que la nourriture ont été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Les cuisiniers mettent en valeur de façon superbe les produits locaux & chaque plat est unique en soi. Définitivement un endroit à ne pas manquer pour celles & ceux qui veulent découvrir la gastronomie locale. Je vous encourage à prendre l'accord mets & vins!
