Bonjour,
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre expérience aux Faux bergers.
L'accueil est vraiment chaleureux comme si on arrivait chez des amis. L'échange avec chacune des personnes du restos est très intéressant.
L'apéro à l'extérieur, quelle bonne idée après une belle journée ensoleillée. L'accord mets vins, une belle découverte à chaque verre.
Le tout est une expérience unique avec des explications enrichissantes pour chacun des plats.
Par ailleurs on aurait apprécié un petit peu plus dans nos assiettes par exemple le succulent Omble de l'arctique & le plat avec les abats. L'échine de porc avec sa sauce était une belle découverte & encore là, on aurait aimé un petit peu plus pour être contenté.
Merci à vous tous qui formez une super équipe, quelle belle soirée.
