Expérience extrêmement intéressante. Très bon accord mets-vins mais il est toutefois surprenant que pour une addition quand même importante, le café ou la tisane ne soit pas inclus & chargé 5$ sans en être averti.....

C'était une superbe soirée. Plusieurs belles découvertes tant en ce qui concerne le vin que la nourriture. Bémol, malgré un bel effort, le boudin reste un plat polarisant & la tranche servie était très copieuse & c'était extrêmement salé. J'aurais préféré une présence moins importante dans le plat.

Nous avons apprécié la qualité organoleptique des aliments & des plats. L'accord des vins avec les plats était excellent.
Par ailleurs, nous aurions davantage apprécié des portions individuelles (plats avec champignons, salade de tomates & dessert) ou un peu plus généreuses pour ces services & celui de la protéine du mets principal.
Il était moins agréable d'avoir à sortir du bâtiment pour aller à la toilette par un temps pluvieux & frisquet.

La nourriture est excellente, le service aussi.

Seul bémol:
Le setup à l'arrivée, une table recouverte de verre avec des vins & des cocktails qui barre littéralement l'entrée donne a penser que c'est un verre de bienvenu offert par le restaurant... mais non, le cocktail est facturé 15$. C'est très trompeur & je pense que ça devrait être dit lors de l'arrivée que ce n'est pas inclut dans le prix.
