Première expérience aux Faux-Bergers. Un énorme merci à Félix & Stéphane pour une excellente soirée. Une superbe ambiance, une belle découverte des producteurs locaux. Une cuisine toute en finesse & originalité. Un travail passionnée pour transformer des aliments de tout les jours & nous faire faire de belles découvertes! Un accord mets & vin des plus intéressants & surprenant, Félix est clairement passionné. À essayer absolument si vous passer dans Charlevoix.

Une première expérience qui ne sera pas la dernière. Un accueil chaleureux, un accord mets & vins très intéressant, des assiettes pleines de produits de la région, travaillées avec amour & minutie. Une équipe fort sympathique qui prend plaisir à nous parler de ce que nous mangeons & buvons. Un régal assuré! Merci pour tout!

Excellente expérience culinaire du Terroir! Recommandons vivement l'accord vin avec chaque service. Les hôtes donnent une ambiance conviviale & chaleureuse. Les plats sont bien travaillés & une brève description ainsi que provenance des ingrédients nous est donné avant.
