Soirée exceptionnelle & certainement, mémorable!
Sincère merci aux deux chefs ainsi qu'à Charlotte, pour nous avoir si chaleureusement accueillis. Chaque service était savoureux & si bien présenté. L'accord mets/vins est un must! Tellement intéressant d'entendre le chef nous présenter & décrire chaque plat: provenance des ingrédients, différents types de cuisson,...Soulignons aussi l'harmonie des mets qui se succèdent.
La formule des services choisis par les chefs, la gentillesse de chacun, leur générosité & grand talent culinaire font des Faux Bergers, une expérience unique!!!
Réservez bien à l'avance...sommes allés lundi soir, se sentant bien privilégiés, car 60 personnes sur la liste d'attente pour la soirée n'ont pas eu cette chance.

The food is an incredible experience. Mostly local. Very accommodating for the fact I preferred English. Really can't say enough about the tasty food...by the end of it I was so full I couldn't move! The drinks are unique as well. They made a seasonal aperitif for me as well as a unique gin & tonic. Only caution is that it goes on for a long time, all in all it was exactly four hours. For those of us with less patience it may be a bit much! But should be worth it for the unique experience.
