Excellent! Le service, l'explication des vins, le chef qui explique chacun de ses plats avec amour. Nous avons adoré! Bonne bouffe avec produits locaux, accord mets-vins & de délicates attentions pour les personnes avec des allergies. Bravo la gang! Vous êtes hot!

Les Faux Bergers n'ont de faux que leur nom. Tout est vrai chez eux & c'est certainement le cas du chemin qu'ils ont choisi d'emprunter pour se faire de véritables porte-étendards des producteurs locaux qu'on connaît trop peu. Le respect des produits se traduit dans une table sans prétention, goûteuse à souhait, qui n'a rien à envier à plusieurs grandes tables du pays (dont certaines devraient en prendre exemple). Aux Faux Bergers ont se sent comme chez de bons amis, toujours prêts à nous raconter une histoire, notre histoire de nourriture vraie, biologique & locale. L'accord mets-vin de la sommelière n'a fait que magnifier les plats s'accordant à merveille avec les subtilités des saveurs. Les Faux Bergers, merci d'avoir partagé votre vision de la gastronomie avec nous, nous avons déjà hâte de vous visiter à nouveau.

Exquisite. With each new course, we were convinced they had served their very best, but they outdid themselves over & over. The carnivore at our table said this was the best chicken he had ever had. We both licked every single plate clean — I'll shamelessly admit I even used my fingers to access every last drop of sauce. The food was inventive without being pretentious or inaccessible, & simple in a way that let each individual ingredient shine. Six stars.

C'est très très bon. C'est un restaurant vraiment pour les amoureux de la table, des produits frais & de grande qualité. Je vous le recommande très sincèrement. C'est un incontournable dans Charlevoix. Bon appétit à vous tous qui irez vous y régaler. 🙂
