Excellent experience!! The food was absolutely amazing!! The simple way of explaining the process & the dish you will eat & the wine pairing, where the wine came from, how it was prepared. Everyone is bio & home made which makes the fishes even more special & tasty

C'était notre première visite aux Faux Bergers. Nous avions visité la Buvette quelques fois à Baie Saint-Paul. Mais l'expérience d'hier soir a été fabuleuse à tous les niveaux. La qualité de la nourriture, les saveurs, les combinaisons de goûts, bref tout était extraordinaire. Que dire du service, attentionné, gentil & bienveillant. Nous reviendrons cet été c'est certain!!!! Merci beaucoup

Le seul bémol est le bruit. Impossible de manger à plus de 4 sans être incapable de communiquer avec tout le monde. Par contre, le personnel, l'animateur & la nourriture fut fantastique. Merci.

Une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle! Tout était parfait & ce dès notre arrivée. Il y avait une maitrise dans chaque plat aux niveaux des saveurs, textures & techniques ainsi qu'un respect senti des ingrédients. Nous avons gouté Charlevoix & son terroir dans chaque bouchée.

Une experience digne d'un restaurant étoilé vous attend aux Faux Bergers. Une cuisine rafinée, du terroir local & une passion certaine pour la cuisine. Nous avons adoré du début à la fin. Un peu cher mais ça vaut vraiment le coup. Le wine pairing est aussi un must durant la dégustation, disponible en plusieurs format. Le staff est accueuillant, serviable & adorable.

Tout simplement wow. Délicieux, convivial & attentionné. Chaque service était impeccable & le chef explique l'histoire de chacune de ses assiettes. J'essayerai définitivement d'y retourner chaque fois que je visite Charlevoix.
