Qualité & finesse de la nourriture & des vins, les chefs sont des artistes, ils nous donnent un assemblage de saveur d'où résulte un festin gastronomique.
Le tout avec des produits locaux & pour la plupart bio. Notre meilleur resto.

Une expérience gustative en soi! Le Faux Bergers vaut sincèrement le détour pour les gourmands de ce monde. Service impeccable, on nous traite aux petits soins, mais en toute simplicité, on adore la convivialité de ce restaurant. Ils prennent soins d'encourager les locaux, leurs coups de coeur, en nous proposant du bio autant dans la nourriture que dans le vin. Bref, on va revenir manger au Faux Bergers lors de notre prochain passage à Charlevoix!

Une visite aux Faux Bergers est un pur moment de plaisir, de l'accueil jusqu'au départ. Chaque plat est une surprise, & j'oserais dire une oeuvre d'art. Fait notable, en ces temps de pandémie, ce repas m'a fait oublier cette folie, l'espace d'une soirée!

Super belle expérience! Bonne façon de connaître les produits du terroir. Sommelière connaît bien ses produits qui sont agencés avec les plats. La présentation orale des plats est bien expliquée! Un arrêt obligatoire!

Accueil chaleureux, site exceptionnel. Intéressant, chaque service est expliqué en détails avec beaucoup d'humour.
Que des produits du terroir, on mange avec les yeux. Atmosphère détendu. J'y retournerai & recommanderai fortement cette expérience 7 services, À très bientôt:-)
