Superbe expérience!!

Le concept de menu à l'aveugle est génial, la présentation des ingrédients locaux entre chaque présentation était très intéressante. Le service était impeccable & l'ajustement des plats en fonction des régimes particuliers & allergies est rassurant.

Pour rester dans le thème local, j'aurais aimé voir plus de produits québécois sur la carte des vins & alcools. & des vins natures un peu plus éclectiques. Mais j'ai tout de même bien apprécié la sélection choisie en menu dégustation! Les accords étaient justes & délicieux.

Seule petite déception: pour une amie qui ne mange pas de viande rouge ni volaille, un substitut de protéines végétales aurait été fort apprécié au lieu de simplement retirer la viande du plat. Je suis persuadée que cette talentueuse équipe peut faire des miracles avec du tofu, du quinoa ou des lentilles!

Un endroit incontournable à visiter dans la région. Déjà hâte d'y retourner!
