The 7 services were comprised of local & seasonal ingredients. There was however very little of substance, mostly veggie based dishes. Main course was à base cut of meat in filo. Perhaps 1 gram of meat? The chicken dish was the only dish worth repeating. It was $333 for 2 with 1 cocktail & 1 mediocre $72 bottle of wine. The cost to value ratio was very low. We were at a fromagerie & they didn't think to include a cheese plate for dessert? Surely That should have been part of the 7 services?
