Que dire de plus à part que c'est excellent !!
Les 6 plats mystères que composent le menu du soir sont tout simplement bons, très bons, avec des arômes subtils & des produits frais, local & pour la plupart biologiques. Ils mettent en valeur la région de Charlevoix & les producteurs qui y sont implantés.
Le travail des 3 personnes derrière ce restaurant est remarquable.

Sublime & délicieuse expérience ! Excellent service, accords mets / vin bien équilibrés. La présence du chef Sylvain à l'arrivées des plats ajoute une belle touche d'humour, d'histoire & de passion à l'ensemble de la soirée !

4,5 Beaucoup de recherche dans les plats & une finesse présente dans chaque service. Accord vin mets très réussi. Service impeccable.

Notre seul bémol, un léger manque de consistance dans les plats, peut-être une portion plus généreuse ?

Tout était tellement bon; si c'était possible, je reproduirais tout de cette soirée pour mon dernier repas. Incroyable bouffe, incroyable vin, accords réfléchis, service plus qu'incroyable & sans prétention. Je recommande ce restaurant à tous.
