Belles découvertes culinaires. Surtout l'accueil des gens. Nous avons passé une belle soirée entre amis & avons assisté à la présentation des repas par l'un des cuisiniers. Bravo à toute l'équipe ! C'est notre deuxième année; nous y retournerons l'an prochain !! Merci !!!

Plats à partager j'aime ce concept mais quand je le décide. Pour un service dégustation, pas du tout. En plus si on partage 1 plat pour 3 personnes. Manque de protéines aussi! Mais sinon c'était succulent 😋 , service impeccable & endroit magnifique.

Que dire de plus à part que c'est excellent !!
Les 6 plats mystères que composent le menu du soir sont tout simplement bons, très bons, avec des arômes subtils & des produits frais, local & pour la plupart biologiques. Ils mettent en valeur la région de Charlevoix & les producteurs qui y sont implantés.
Le travail des 3 personnes derrière ce restaurant est remarquable.
