Chiche & un peu prétentieux.

Chiche dans l'assiette (dégustez bien votre tofu, il n'y a qu'un morceau de 2cm x 2cm par personne). & votre pain aussi (une tranche de baguette sur le côté & non en biais, ce serait trop!). L'accord mets vin, que des importations! Comme si nos vignobles n'étaient pas à la hauteur de l'exclusivité des produits (...).
Dommage la soirée s'annonçait prometteuse.

This, to me, is the best dining experience. The dishes are creative yet comforting. The ingredients are fresh, locally sourced & organic. The setting is beautiful & inviting. I love that the chef describes each dish, as well as explains where each ingredient is from. It's nice to know how they came to create this experience & the stories of each of the producers involved. Their team is amazing & really makes you feel welcomed. The price/quality is amazing. It makes it accessible for many which is great because it will inspire that many more people to buy their food in a more conscious way.
