Chef Emile & team turn simple local foods to a work of art. Can't recommend highly enough. The cod sashimi with cabbage, egg with shiitake mushrooms & crispy salami were stand outs, but the kelp ice cream blew us away. Everything thing we ate we thoroughly enjoyed. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Superbe soirée, superbe menu! Tout était délectable. Un accord Mets-Vin très intéressant. Nous avons découvert de très beaux produits. Une table comme celle-ci à Montréal coûterait 2 fois le prix.
