Expérience, c'est le mot! Rien de comparable ailleurs! La créativité dans les moindres détails, Les explications d'Emile précédant chaque service & mettant l'accent sur les produits locaux, les accords mets-vins judicieux, le service impeccable: soirée réussie! Un bémol? L'apéro étant servi à l'extérieur, les mouches nous ont pris d'assaut par dizaines. Tout fut réglé des qu'on a accédé à la salle à manger intérieure. Merci à toute l'équipe!

Just astonishing delicious! A relaxed atmosphere, incredibly friendly chef/host & waitstaff, perfectly executed & brilliantly presented food. All of the food local. Flavor combinations outstanding. everything flowed from one dis to the next. The wine pairing was perfect. The best turnips & carrots we have ever had. One of the best meals of our lives.

Concept is unique, very well executed, toughtfull experience, friendly service! I really liked the suspense of having a mystery set menu. Really affordable for what is it too. I would go again, & I would recommend my friends to go as well ! Well done guys !

Food was delicious, the ambiance was good, setting is pretty & I loved how each service was presented & described in such a theatrical way. I also LOVE that everything is hyper local. The main downside was that it was long, especially towards the end, the main course took a long time to arrive & our group was starting to feel sleepy...

Cuisine originale & excellente, service impeccable, belle salle de restaurant.
Mais l'environnement sonore est désagréable, les différentes machines à l'extérieur sont dérangeantes, à l'intérieur heureusement les conversations des clients couvrent le bruit des frigos de la boutique adjacente.
Les chaises ne sont pas suffisamment confortables pour une durée de trois heures à table.
