Lors de ma seconde visite, tous les plats sont différents mais tout aussi délicieux. Restaurant super intéressant, plats & présentation recherchée accompagné de la description & la provenance de tous les ingrédients. Service attentionné avec atmosphère conviviale, un brin bruyante, Le seul point à améliorer serait le confort des chaises sur lesquelles on passe 4 heures.

Une soirée exceptionnelle, Andréanne, Sylvain & Emile nous font découvrir leurs créativités dans un décor tout a fait bucolique. Nous avons très bien mangé avec les explications en détail des produits & de leur provenance qui nous font apprécier encore plus les efforts des chefs pour nous faire découvrir les producteurs locaux de la région. A most wonderful dining experience. The hosts were gracious; the food was outstanding & the ambiance was sublime. I'd heartily recommend this to anyone travelling in the Charlevoix region of Quebec.

Une cuisine en harmonie avec la nature grandiose qui encadre le restaurant. Chaque service est une surprise raffinée accompagnée par des vins inédits. Le concept le plus achevé selon moi de cuisine du marché, de proximité & de techniques nouvelles. Un incontournable pour un foodie, dans une ambiance décontractée & à prix non prohibitif. Festif & raffinement sont les 2 mots qui selon moi résument cette expérience.

Absolument sensationnel.

Ce n'est pas votre restaurant chic & hautain typique. C'est une expérience culinaire sans égal. D'abord, on est accueillis comme des rois & des reines avec un cocktail sur le bord du champ & d'exquises mises en bouche. Puis, on passe à table en famille là où le chef sort & explique le choix de plat & de chacun des ingrédients (locaux à souhait). Je vous recommande vivement l'accord mets & vins, la sommelière vous guide pas à pas dans ce que vous goûtez & d'où vient le vin.

Tellement bravo.
