Les plats étaient fabuleux!!! Rien à redire nous nous sommes régalés .... Le concept d être tous servi en même temps donne une impression d'expérience commune tout en étant chacun dans son moment, c'est top! Une expérience sensorielle extraordinaire. Des goûts & des couleurs, on ne discute pas. Mais dans votre établissement, on doit reconnaitre la supériorité des ingrédients, des mélanges des goûts & des textures, de l'effort d'encourager les marchés locaux & du professionnalisme du service à la clientèle. Bel endroit, service A1 & comme d'autres l'ont souligné, certains plats mériteraient d'être un peu plus garnis pour en apprécier davantage la saveur des ingrédients originaux. & l'expérience est quand même assez dispendieuse.
