On a passé un excellent moment!! Le service était très agréable & professionnel. Petite note : ce n'était pas notre première visite, mais en comparaison aux visites précédentes, la "mise en scène" de présentation des repas était parfois un peu "surfaite" & manquait de spontanéité... aussi quelques informations partagées semblent irréalistes (poulet de 24 lb) ou encore un peu caricaturales (3 fois plus d'humus en biodynamie qu'en agriculture biologique...). Cela faisait partie de l'expérience que nous apprécions, alors c'est un petit bémol. Sinon, on s'est encore vraiment régalé, merci beaucoup!
