Expérience extrêmement intéressante. Très bon accord mets-vins mais il est toutefois surprenant que pour une addition quand même importante, le café ou la tisane ne soit pas inclus & chargé 5$ sans en être averti.....

C'était une superbe expérience aux Faux Bergers. Une première visite mais pas une dernière.

Ma seule critique concerne le plat d'osso bucco de boeuf. Les autres plats étaient impeccables. Celui ci était comme "trop". La purée de betterave était trop fumée, on ne goûtait pas la betterave. & c'était tellement fumé que ça prenait le dessus sur tout. On perdait la saveur du boeuf. Le bok choy aidait un peu à rebalancer le tout avec une touche de fraîcheur mais sinon c'était trop. & jai goûté a la version vegé. & c'était le même problème selon moi, donc ça ne relevait pas du boeuf.

Les accords étaient parfaits!
