Le changement d'emplacement de l'apéro est plutôt décevant car la magnifique vue est cachée. Le service était excellent & les accords biens choisi. Cependant, il n'y avait aucun lien entre les plats, de plus que sur une même table chaque convive ne retrouvait pas la même quantité d'éléments dans les assiettes. Le manque d'inégalité entre les plats était décevant. L'assaisonnement était également inégal. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas retrouver l'effet "wow" de nos dernières visites. Malheureusement, il y a beaucoup de restaurants au Québec qui offrent des plats mieux travaillés pour un prix semblable.

Service hors pair! Présentation de tous les plats par le chef & de l'accord par la serveuse.
J'ai posé une question au chef Sylvain par rapport à une des fleurs qu'il avait utilisé il est aller dans la cours m'en cueillir une la ramener à la table pour qu'on puisse lui goûter individuellement. Franchement, expérience incroyable.

Le.plat d'omble chevalier & le flanc de chanterelle avec les fraises ont été 2 plat exceptionnels. Le poulet & les raviolis étaient moins dans mes cordes mais tout de même très bien exécutés. Un incontournable pour tout épicurien qui visite Charlevoix.

Bravo pour ce projet , nous y reviendrons c'est certain.
