C'était une superbe soirée. Plusieurs belles découvertes tant en ce qui concerne le vin que la nourriture. Bémol, malgré un bel effort, le boudin reste un plat polarisant & la tranche servie était très copieuse & c'était extrêmement salé. J'aurais préféré une présence moins importante dans le plat.

Une excellente expérience gastronomique originale, un mélange de saveurs sublime. Accueil & service attentionnés & sympathiques. On sent la passion chez tous les membres du personnel. Fièrement, le chef & le sommelier présentent chaque service à l’ensemble de la salle. Merci de mettre à l’avant tous ces producteurs qui nous nourrissent. Continuons de manger local pour les encourager!

C'était notre deuxième expérience avec vous, la dernière ayant été un menu d'automne/début hiver. Nous voulions découvrir votre menu d'été! Nous n'avons pas été déçu mais certains éléments étaient similaires (gésier d'esturgeon, bourgots fumés & omble en bouillon)... ce qui est dommage car on s'attend à de la nouveauté dans tout. Qu'importe, nous avons adoré notre soirée, le service, la formule & les plats. Merci!

A stellar food experience. Delicious offerings & attentive service. I am glad we chose the lunch time slot because the five courses & wine pairings were well spaced over three hours & we could see the beauty of the farm in daylight.
