Du moment lorsque nous avons été accueillis jusqu'à la fin du repas, l'expérience fût mémorable.
Nous avons eu la chance de prendre le cocktail de bienvenue sur la terrasse qui était très agréable.
Par la suite, le repas a été délectable à chacun des services. Gros coup de coeur pour notre première entrée de pois mange-tout & bourgots ainsi que pour le service qui fut parfait de A à Z.

Les amateurs de vin seront servis également!

L'expérience des faux bergers est un moment magique qui nous permet de manger des produits locaux avec tout l'amour que les cuisiniers ont mis dans l'élaboration des plats.

Nourriture & service excellent. Le travail du chef au niveau de la recherche de saveurs est vraiment top. Quelques points négatifs par contre qui amoindrissent l'expérience: forte odeur de fosse septique à l'extérieur à notre arrivée (à réparer au plus vite svp), on nous offre un cocktail de bienvenue sans nous mentionner qu'il sera chargé à 15$ chacun & les plats sont à partager ce qui nous n'avait pas été mentionné. Donc un peu cher pour la quantité servie. Cependant la nourriture était vraiment excellente.

Je viens chaque été depuis quatre ans, & chaque fois c'est un plaisir exquis. Le service est impeccable, la nourriture également mais surtout l'histoire qui nous est racontée avant les services est toujours intéressante.

Disappointing to expectations!
The welcoming was not personal at all. The three service staff seemed overwhelmed including Felix with the wine service. We truly appreciate the focus on local ingredients & hope the team continues to raise the Charlevoix region's offerings. There is more to cuisine than marketing theatrics. Value must be represented the wines, chef"s tastes, techniques, portions & ingredients chosen. Continue to try to execute. Maybe offer the exact fromage migneron that is made at the door without an overcharge.
