Disappointing to expectations!
The welcoming was not personal at all. The three service staff seemed overwhelmed including Felix with the wine service. We truly appreciate the focus on local ingredients & hope the team continues to raise the Charlevoix region's offerings. There is more to cuisine than marketing theatrics. Value must be represented the wines, chef"s tastes, techniques, portions & ingredients chosen. Continue to try to execute. Maybe offer the exact fromage migneron that is made at the door without an overcharge.

Bonjour,
Comme à l'habitude la nourriture était excellente, il y a de de la finesse dans les aliments qu'on ne retrouve jamais dans d'autre restaurants.
Par contre au niveau de l'alcool c'est très exagéré qualité prix. ll n'y a pas d'alcool à peine si on peux goûter au vin ,il n'y en a pas dans le verre.
Pour le choix sans alcool c'est encore pire, un sirop fait maison avec framboise, un jus de tomate, un vin fait maison, un lait fouetté ne vaut jamais ce prix.
Vous devriez offrir un menu sans breuvage. C'est décevant d'avoir une facture le midi tout près de 300$ sans être complétement satisfait. Bravo pour votre beau travail.
