Les sept services étaient remarquables, ambiance décontractée & très agréable. Très bonne description des mets & des vins. Seul point, l'accord vin - met était un peu spécial. Au prix chargé, j'aurais aimé de bons vieux classiques plutôt que des découvertes un peu surprenantes.

Endroit parfait !!! Personnel passionné qui sait communiquer l'amour de ce qu'ils font.
Interaction entre le chef cuisinier/propriétaire que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Aliments à 95% locaux & majoritairement bio en accord parfait avec mes valeurs. Les plats était succulent & les saveurs parfaitement équilibré. Un accord mets / vins plus que parfait .
Une note de 100% sur toute la ligne .
