Endroit parfait !!! Personnel passionné qui sait communiquer l'amour de ce qu'ils font.
Interaction entre le chef cuisinier/propriétaire que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Aliments à 95% locaux & majoritairement bio en accord parfait avec mes valeurs. Les plats était succulent & les saveurs parfaitement équilibré. Un accord mets / vins plus que parfait .

C'était notre 2e visite aux Faux Bergers & ce fût plus que parfait & extraordinaire de A à Z! Comment vous dire combien c'était bon, succulent, délicieux, local, chaleureux... c'était pour nous l'équivalent du Toqué! & nous y étions avec notre fille de 9 ans, qui a tout adoré. Le service est aussi exceptionnel, longue vie à ce restaurant !
