Le meilleur restaurant de Charlevoix!!
Le service est impeccable. Ils connaissent tous les producteurs locaux par leur nom, & réussissent à mettre en valeur leurs produits.
Le sommelier Félix est excellent, les accords avec les mets sont bien pensés, & viennent faire ressortir les saveurs des plats. Marie-Joelle au service nous fait d'excellents cocktails & les enfants ont adoré leur mocktails! :-)

The meal we had was quite extraordinary. I really appreciate how it is organized with everyone eating each of the 7 courses at the same time. Not only was it delicious, the explanation of each ingredient was interesting, informative & entertaining.

Une visite qui n'a pas été la hauteur de la réputation & du prix payé ($ 415 pour 2) pour l'expérience.
Ne pas choisir l'expérience avec accord met-vin. Il n'y a pas d'accord.
Choisissez une bouteille, cépage pinot noir, quelque chose d'un peu passe-partout, & vous serez assurément plus satisfait pour une facture moindre.
