Tous les plats étaient excellents, bien exécutés, provenaient de producteurs locaux & étaient bien mis en valeur.
L'accord entre vins & mets était tout aussi parfait, bien que j'aurais aimé déguster quelques vins & alcools du Québec.
L'idée de nous décrire, collectivement, les plats qu'on s'apprête à déguster est vraiment une belle idée & la manière de le faire, avec humour & passion, rend l'expérience encore plus particulière.
Je recommande cette très belle table sans aucune hésitation.
