On a adoré notre soirée à ce restaurant. Leur philosophie, leur gentillesse, l'ambiance tout est parfait! & que dire de la délicieuse nourriture. On a particulièrement apprécié la formule selon laquelle chaque repas est expliqué. Ça permet de mettre de l'avant les producteurs locaux, ce qui est un grand plus.

Menu dégustation 7 services à l'aveugle avec accord vin, ambiance chaleureuse, nourriture excellente provenant de Charlevoix & prix imbattable. Quoi demander de plus. Je vais y retourner, c'est garantie!

Writing on behalf of a family member's recent visit. An exceptional dining experience! The original presentation of delicious & well prepared foods served (sourced from the area), wines perfectly paired with each course, atmosphere, & personalized attention given to non-French speaking guests, my family member highly recommends Faux Berges. A must upscale (again) experience when visiting the Charlevoix Region.

Cela sonne faux; des l'entrée, discours dithyrambique sur les plats & les vins, mais ce sont des assemblages ingénieux qui évitent les produits nobles; jamais vu avec un accord vin-mets que l'on propose la formule à 2 cl, ou 3 cl (pour 75€), avec finalement des vins sans renom. C'est le sentiment rapide que la marge du restaurant est prioritaire! Grosse addition, qui ne correspond pas au niveau des plats. En un mot, prétentieux, & pas généreux; le plaisir n'était pas de la partie.
