Super expérience au Faux Berger! Repas de 7 plats pris en main par les chefs jumelés à 5 différents vins. Ces plats étaient très bons. Chaque plat était présenté en expliquant devant une trentaine de personne le choix des ingrédients ainsi que les origines de ceux-ci. J'aurais aimé qu'un fromage de Charlevoix soit mis de l'avant dans un des plats.

Merveilleuse soirée, concept & cuisine parfaitement rodés, les explications de chaque plat par Sylvain sont plus qu'invitantes à la dégustation, & les accords mets & vins suggérés sont excellents. Je regrette de ne pas pouvoir y aller plus souvent!!
