Simply amazing! These guys are passionate about food & local sourcing, & it shows! The food is delicious, with complex combinations of taste & texture, the owner & employees are extremely knowledgeable & friendly, explaining all the plates & where the ingredients come from. It's a LOT of food though, & next time we will make sure to come on an empty stomach & not during the Holidays (so we can enjoy all the food even more). Thank you for a great night!
