Nous avons passé une soirée exceptionnelle avec une équipe talentueuse, passionnée, rigoureuse & responsable. Ils s'approvisionnent chez des producteurs locaux qui privilégient la culture bio. Tellement agréable d'écouter Émile les nommer, & de nous dire un p'tit mot sur chacun d'eux tout en nous énumérant les ingredients de chacun des plats. Longue vie Faux bergers!

Des plats qui explosent de saveurs locales, une équipe attentionnée & si généreuse de leurs talents & leur connaissance, le tout dans un restaurant intime & chalereux entouré des montagnes. C'est comme faire la Route des Saveurs en 1 seule destination.

Troisième fois chez Faux Bergers, toujours aussi exceptionnel! La nourriture est extraordinaire, nous sentons qu'on goûte ce que la région a de mieux à offrir. Le service est impeccable, les propriétaires sont merveilleusement accueillants. Bref, nous y serons encore une 4e fois l'année prochaine pour l'action de grâce, & nous espérons pouvoir y aller encore bien des années.
