Nous étions très positifs avec les références reçues mais j'avoue que nous avons été très agréablement surpris. On a vraiment vécu une expérience de découverte gastronomique.
Un tout petit feedback constructif: j'aurais aimé être invitée à commencer à déguster pendant la description de chacun des plats qui nous a été servis, surtout quand il s'agissait d'un plat chaud. Par respect, on a attendu, mais j'aurais trouvé délicat qu'on nous en fasse l'invitation.

On prévoit sans faute renouveler l'expérience & cette fois avec des invités pour partager le plaisir qu'on a eu de faire cette découverte.

Ce n'est pas sans raison que c'est bouquet longtemps à l'avance
