Ton sourire, toujours amical & franc, Égaye l'atmosphère, éclairant chaque instant. Telle une étoile dans ce monde nocturne, Tu rends le Foubar vibrant, pour chacun un retour. Les conversations & les secrets que tu entends, Sont en sécurité, gardés comme des trésors ardents. Ta sagesse, ton écoute, ton savoir-faire, Font de toi, cher Zac, un barman extraordinaire. Dans l'ambiance enfumée, musique dansante, Tu es l'âme de l'endroit, l'âme bienveillante. Chacun trouve chez toi un ami, un guide, Au Foubar, grâce à toi, la nuit est notre complice.
